What we send
We run two text-message programs, and you choose each one separately.
Service messages from Bright Enterprises Technology: replies to an enquiry you submitted through this site, arranging and confirming a discovery call or meeting, and updates about an engagement or support request you have with us.
BrightLeads marketing alerts: BrightLeads is our lead-data service for agencies and sales teams. If you opt in on the text-alerts sign-up, we text you when new records are added for the industry and state you chose, and about offers on record packs. These are marketing messages and you only get them if you ticked that box.
How you opt in
You receive texts only if you give us your mobile number and ask us to use it — by ticking the SMS consent box next to the mobile-number field on our contact form (service messages), or the consent box on the text-alerts sign-up (BrightLeads marketing alerts), or by asking us in writing to text you about your engagement. The box is never pre-ticked. Giving us your number for one purpose does not opt you in to anything else, and consent is not a condition of doing business with us.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Service messages are typically one to four per enquiry, meeting or support request; BrightLeads marketing alerts are sent when new records land for your industry and state, typically a few times a month. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one final message confirming you have been removed, and nothing further.
You can also email support@brightenterprisestech.com and we will remove your number.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@brightenterprisestech.com. Support is available Monday to Friday and we reply within one business day.
